Run Ta Ek is an eco village built in early 2000’s as a home for families who volunteered to move out of the land surrounding Angkor Wat. Many families chose to relocate to Run Ta Ek in the hope of starting afresh with new infrastructure provided by the government.
LAV partners with the Run Ta Ek AOG church to minister to the villagers there. It is a vibrant church with a heart to bring people to know and follow Jesus.
Since 2022, there has been a greater influx of Cambodians moving to Run Ta Ek and this presents an opportunity to establish relationships with people finding theirs roots in the village.
